Undervoice — a d/b/a (assumed business name) of Loser.com LLC ("Undervoice", "we", "us", "our") — operates the undervoice.ai white-label voice-agent platform and related web services and APIs. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
SMS & Mobile Messaging
Undervoice (Loser.com LLC) operates an SMS text-messaging program for its partners and clients. Full standalone terms are at undervoice.ai/sms.
How you opt in
We send text messages only to people who have opted in — verbally during an onboarding call, or by agreeing to receive service notifications when they engage Undervoice and provide their mobile number. We never use purchased or third-party lists.
What we send
Transactional service and account notifications you requested — for example provisioning and deployment status, account notices, and appointment or callback confirmations. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share or sell your mobile information
No mobile information is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
What we collect
- Account information — name, email, and mobile number you provide when you create an account or engage us.
- Usage data — service usage counts to manage allocations; not the content of your calls or generations.
- Voice/call data — processed to deliver the service and retained only as long as needed for that purpose.
What we don't collect
We do not collect location data, advertising identifiers, or tracking data, and we do not sell your data or use it to train models for third parties.
Data storage & security
Data is processed on our own infrastructure. All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS. Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest.
