These Terms govern your use of Undervoice, the white-label voice-agent platform operated by Undervoice, a d/b/a of Loser.com LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Undervoice provides voice-agent infrastructure that partners resell under their own brand. Features, limits, and availability may change as the platform develops.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, and to comply with all applicable telecom and messaging regulations (including obtaining any required end-user consent).

SMS messaging

Our SMS program is described in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loser.com LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
